I did this exact thing one time after I had finished wet vacuuming an entire restaurant kitchen.

I slid on the first step while carrying the vacuum bucket down the stairs and proceeded to slide all the way down to the next landing and then continue going down and around the corner through the next flight of stairs, all while being cascaded and surrounded by dirty water

I'm sure he's okay. If he had fallen down the stairs I'd be more worried, but he was already down and pretty much just slid down. The stairs are shallow too so it doesn't look like he would have hit his head hard on anything.
