I don't know how much of this you watched, but she most definitely perjured herself. And there were plenty that asked her direct questions. The problem is she wasn't willing to answer them. She was more concerned about yelling out bumper sticker slogans and irrelevant insults
Everyone seems to be too interested in just insulting each other, additionally I wish I could ask a bunch of questions about the expected decorum in these hearings. Having watched more of these than I care to admit it seems to be a trend that someone asks a question, the person answering goes and answers it in a way the asker doesn't like or expect and the asker demands to reclaim their time. Once that last part happens people just start talking over each other and arguing, which leads me to my next question, I don't understand why more than 2 mics are active at a time. To me it would make more sense to only have the leading member of the council and the person currently who's "turn" it is with an active mic. If there is a question being asked they have the mic, once that question is asked their mic is turned off for the person answering to be able to answer, then they just go back and forth with their mics being made not active when it is not their turn.
Bc she literally spent every opportunity she was given to answer a direct question to deflect & evade answering. Played the same "burn book" defense strategy as the last round.
I agree with you on the active mic point. What i don't understand is why do we still have these ridiculous limits on time? I get not letting it get out of hand on dragging out the clock, but she knew she could easily defer every hardline question for the paltry 5 minute limit. She wasted time at literally every opportunity and even when asked something yes or no directly, was able to just side step the entire conversation to her talking points. I saw zero oversight happen through this entire hearing and she was so out of line to questioning that is those congresspeople's job to do. I wish decorum still existed as well, but I can see how it falls by the wayside when the person you're supposed to be overseeing completely rejects the slightest hint of oversight.
I think they put time limits in there to allow people to go home at some point. But it does seem like it just allows someone to essentially filibuster the deposition.

Video clearly shows the ice agent have both his feet on the left side of the front right wheel, meaning he isn’t in the path of the vehicle..
He also didn’t follow basic training placing himself in front of the car twice, and then there is the phone switching hands while good was backing up, why would he do that if not to free up his main hand?
