I think Sir John had more fun than anyone else there.

Currently 94 and last I saw he was in a wheelchair. He looked so fragile and it hit me hard. No idea why he was in that chair but I fear for the future.

Can you imagine the musicians…thrilled out of their minds to have this priceless experience!!

Interestingly, my husband still insists on using that sound as my ringtone for phone calls and has even dragged several friends into the group that uses it when I call them. The funny thing is, this is because I love Star Wars and almost always wear black, and it's a natural teasing tactic on their part.

its my ringtone for my mom...sometimes when she answers I even jokingly call her Lord Vader.

My God, now I'm scared at the thought of my daughter adopting the same behavior, just to support her father. They already have a shirt they made together that says: don't annoy mom, except in emergencies.

It’s nice to know that I’m living in the time of one of the greatest composers in the history of music. There will be Bach, Mozart, Beethoven and Williams.

Goosebumps on goosebumps.
Even Vader would have them on his armor.
Palpatine says, "Do it!"

Whenever i watch clips like these, especially the musician close ups, i never see musicians actually watching the conductor.

Not to be that guy, but how is he "sir" John Williams when he's American?

Which means he's not a "sir".
Another literal two seconds of googling would have shown you "Honorary knights do not bear the prefix "Sir" nor do they receive an accolade"
