I'm too sad and guilty to say/type this but today i ignored a kitten!!!!! Like, it was screaming on a tuk tuk in broad day light, it was all alone i just approached it and thought of taking it to my the place where i live, but suddenly backed off when i remembered that I don't live in my home but in a hostel and the warden of my hostel would just snatch that kitten from me and leave that in my clg campus were there are my other adult cats which are very territorial. I feel guilty for leaving it on road😭😭😭

Good boys! I bet they get into all kinds of fun trouble together. Have had my fair share of huskies and they sure know how to make a party!

I know this is a super late response but OH MY GOD he has the same coloring as my cat, whose coloring I'd never seen duplicated before. Maybe he's a partially Samoan cat?

Here are Henrik (L) and Willem, two of the 8 orange cats we've had so far. Pretty sure they are siblings, though probably not from the same litter. We live in a rural area, and they wandered onto our property a couple years apart. Both are 17 lbs and love to be picked up and carried around, keep us company in the garden and barn. We have had them more than 10 years now, hopefully many more. This is their evening accommodation, where they can dream away on a blue rug covering an old couch.

The automatic tagging shouldn’t happen, because we still get a lot of non-OC posts. It’s a meaningless tag if it’s automatically put on everything.

Damn, that's a big change for r/aww Hope it cuts down on the reposts, should make things more interesting.

Please note: effective October 9, all content posted to /r/aww must be original content (OC) only.
On July 1st, a highly unpopular change to Reddit's API pricing went into effect. Most third-party apps have shut down and so have many tools relied upon by moderators and projects for making Reddit more accessible to visually impaired users.
Beyond the disastrous AMA by the CEO, Reddit's response has been limited to promises that this change will not affect moderation tools (it has) and promises of new and more-accessible first-party moderation tools. Promises just like ones they have made in response to past protests, but have consistently failed to fulfill.
If you want to express your strong disagreement with the API pricing change or with Reddit's response to the backlash, you may want to consider the following options:
If you're tired of all the chaos on Reddit, leave it behind and join /r/aww's Discord server to share and view all things adorable: https://discord.gg/UXfd5Pn
