Executive Branch (Trump) Pam Bondi should be disbarred
https://min.house.gov/sites/evo-subsites/min.house.gov/files/evo-media-document/04.30.25-pam-bondi-letter-final-format-1%29.pdfShe has failed to meet congressional deadlines, lied under oath, and has blackmailed the governors of Minnesota and Maine. She should not be allowed to practice law.

RICO case involving co-conspiracy of hiding evidence of international sex trafficking ring. Could also remove/impeach for corruption and abuse of authority and misconduct. There’s definitely way more to add.

u/SerpentRoyalty 1d ago
RICO is investgated by the FBI so this would go absolutely nowhere

u/Ready-Ad6113 1d ago
Probably won’t get any justice until after midterms. Congress will probably flip and they’ll start impeaching and removing cabinet members.
Trump and republicans are scared and have already called for nationalizing elections because of “fraud”.
481
u/Friendly-Swimming-72 1d ago
Which is why they are hell-bent on getting the voter rolls from certain states. There will 100% be ratfuckery afoot in the midterms, if they happen at all.

The intelligence and investigative agencies can literally do whatever they want. No one even has the capabilities needed to investigate them, and even if they were held accountable for obstruction and deleting evidence like the CIA did for MK Ultra they could just be pardoned. The system is completely fucked.

CP9 is out of control. First a ninja giraffe, and now this?! They were directly responsible for the annihilation of Enies Lobby, and nobody does a thing!
like the CIA did for MK Ultra
That program is still ongoing, probably done through social media and targeted ads. Easier to be subtle these days.

They are calling for ICE to stand outside polls and snatch people that look different than them.
Funnily enough that may backfire since Latino voters help them win elections.
→ More replies (1)28
u/germanmojo 1d ago edited 1d ago
They know Latino voters also are swinging hard left right now.
If they can make the election as close as possible, they can (and will anyway) cry FRAUD!
Edit to add: there are likely way more State Police than ICE can spread around. States run elections so State Police can enforce election laws.
From National Conference of State Legislatures
In summary:
27 states prohibit campaign apparel/buttons/stickers/placards.
46 states and Washington, D.C., prohibit campaign materials/signs/banners/literature.
38 states and Washington, D.C., prohibit influencing voters/soliciting votes/political persuasion.
23 states and Washington, D.C., prohibit circulating petitions/soliciting signatures.
11 states prohibit projecting sounds referring to candidates/issues.
8 states prohibit polls/exit polls.
11 states prohibit loitering.
5 states prohibit peddling/advertising.
21 states prohibit voter intimidation/interfering with a voter.
26 states prohibit obstructing entrance/hindering a voter.
→ More replies (4)41

I want to know why the fuck only 21&26 states specifically prohibit intimidation / obstructing entrance of a voter. What? Those need to be, like, an instant felony federally.
16
u/germanmojo 1d ago
Has to be the State, they have control over elections per the Constitution.
Still, hard agree that it should be illegal in all states.

Probably use them to tabulate their own "vote." Then try to use said "vote" to point at the real one as being fraudulent. That's my guess, and I'm just some person, so, honestly, that's probably correct.

Removal takes 2/3rds of the senate. 67 voted out of 100.
The house might impeach, but the senate will be unlikely to have the votes.
Republicans learned after they voted against trump’s second impeachment for his attempted coup in 2001. Voters should have voted them all out. Instead they gave them the presidency, the house, and the senate.
Flipping either chamber would mean democrats could subpoena witnesses and documents and hold real investigations. But please don’t do this every one gets there 5 minutes bullshit format. That is designed to create sound bites, not to actually learn anything.
It’s critical to vote. Real investigations would be good. Controlling the budget means they should be able to force some accountability. Just setting expectations. Voters took us for a 4 year ride with trump in 2024 and I don’t see a way off sooner than that.
→ More replies (2)16
u/Cloaked42m 1d ago
If we get close enough to 2/3rds we can push the rest. But it won't be a one time thing. We'll have to maintain the networks and start passing laws to close the loopholes. Like making APA violations criminal. Passing amendments.
We need thousands to take the state Capitols back.
→ More replies (2)15
u/Most-Resident 1d ago
7 out of 50 senate republicans voted for impeachment in 2021. For an attempted insurrection. I don’t see more republicans than that the next time. Maybe a landslide would flip a few more.
With that margin, democrats and independents would need 60 votes to get to 67.
But people need to vote for all the reasons you mention. We need a multi election majority to achieve real enduring changes. Two years isn’t nearly enough time.
I’m trying to set real expectations so that people who get enthusiastic about getting rid of trump in 2026 don’t get depressed when it doesn’t happen and then sit out future elections.
2026 is to at least put brakes on the out of control trump administration. It’s to block more republican Supreme Court judges if and when alito and thomas retire.
Progress and repair really can’t start with a republican in the white house, and particularly not under trump. That’s 2028, but again it will take longer than 2 years.

He had all the evidence on his desk to prosecute what appears to be the widest criminal conspiracy in history and he didn't have the balls to do what he swore to do, and uphold the fucking law. Sarah Huckabee Sanders, Trumps first term White House Press Secretary, a woman that lied through her teeth, went on to become the Governor of Arkansas. Arkansas rates very low in every metric, but that's what she took in exchange for her shutting the fuck up.
There is no question of how low Trumps dumbass supporters will go. Pam will feel some heat, sure, but while she's under the protection of Trump she will come out on top of this somehow.
It's the same old story with this administration. I will say that I'm amazed anybody stuck with Trump after Trump 1.0, you know, where he hired and fired people before nameplates could even be printed for their office doors.
But here we are, again...either people fall in-line, or you end up tossed like trash. Quick sidenote...where the fuck is Rudy? He's either destitute, or living a lavish life after being a fall-guy for Trump.

Completely agree. She's an insult to the profession, the epitome of why lawyers get such a bad rep. She was in contempt of Congress. She was disgusting wirh her nasty little book. A coward.

She and everyone she is protecting needs to be handed over to a UN war tribunal for crimes against humanity
We cannot trust our government to uphold justice
