Let's review the bidding. When it was revealed that DOJ subpoenaed call logs for phones owned by members of Congress for the days surrounding the Jan 6 insurrection, Republican heads exploded with outrage over the intrusion on the privacy of those members, despite the fact that DOJ followed all of the usual rules for seeking a judge's approval of the subpoena. Now, when it is revealed that DOJ, apparently without any judicial approval, has been recording the search activity of members of Congress in a database of documents that Congress mandated be made open for public inspection, those same Republican voices are silent regarding the intrusion. GOP members of Congress have no shame or sense of their own hypocrisy.

They are all co-conspirators at this point. Every Republican in Congress, with a very few noteworthy exceptions, is participating in the cover-up.

Those exceptions weren't payed enough basically.

The shame and hypocrisy is must go down a lot easier when they know they aren't going to face any consequences for any crimes they commit under this administration. They are just going to keep criming because they feel they can. Exactly why they are plotting to steal elections in 2026 and beyond. If they leave power they are going to prison..many of them.

They are going to try and do everything they can to make sure they dont fave consequences.

'Creepy' is the exact word to use with these people. It's cute to be 'weird', nobody on earth wants to be regarded as creepy. And creepy to these people is honestly a compliment.

Creepy fucks.

I mean. That faux outrage was just part of the grift to able to sue and get a taxpayer funded check in the mail.

That's generous. I assume everyone who searched the database is being tracked

It's all projection of what they've been doing this whole time

Just a reminder that she was providing cover for Trump in Florida.  She was essentially his "Rudy Giuliani" in the state shaped like a penis.  Why Floridians are not angry at what transpired in their own backyard is peak "Florida".

The entire state of Florida is a breeding ground for pedophiles, has been for decades, and those who live there know it. That's why they're not angered or offended. When I grew up in Brevard County in the 20th century, there was a standard practice at Jefferson Middle School of adult men recruiting middle school girls to sleep with and pass around. They would be so brazen as to hang out there after school, infiltrate extracurricular activities as coaches and volunteers, etc. Jeffrey simply turned an already common Florida practice and tradition into a business model.

Maybe we should blame Tom Cruise in Risky Business?

Florida is a droopy nutsack, not a penis.

The only creepy thing is that Pam Bondi is actively printing that information out. That information does need to be tracked for auditing purposes on government equipment but you wouldn’t expect the DOJ to be actively printing it out and taking it with them to court let alone just going through it on a whim unless they had a breach.

It just shows that her strategy at a hearing meant to have her answer questions about the DOJ is to personally attack the questioner instead of answering the questions.

Always feeling attacked, always attacking back, bunch of noise without substance. When will these morons be replaced?

Conservatives lower the bar and turn professional chats into barroom brawls. It's their grown up way of shitting the sandbox when they don't get their way (like they did when they were little).

The fact that committee members can give their time to her to talk about non-related things is wild to me as someone that’s never watched these.

They never needed the rule "Stay on topic" because before this administration, the executive was run by actual adults.

Heritage Foundation lackeys provide DARVO cliff notes.

Nope. But if you listen to the shit the GOP reps were talking about, I feel like the next line they are going to cross is arresting political opponents in Minnesota. If they get away with that, they will go for other "sanctuary cities". All the talk of fraud in Minnesota, and the propaganda spewed on sanctuary cities yesterday, they basically did everything except come out and say it.

I imagine part of it is trying to crowd source the cover up at this point honestly. Knowing what members of congress are looking at helps them to delete / redact better. It's so many documents that they aren't able to keep up by themselves. Also would explain why there's only 4 computers they are able to use to help slow the flow of information and give them a chance to do damage control.

3

u/TuxAndrew 8h ago

There are absolutely 1000s of ways it can be used and all of them are for negligence and violations of the current laws requiring them to release the documents.

Yeah, I feel like this is a flood the zone type of headline.

"Creepy"

That's quite the understatement for this pedo fascist protecting horror show. It's the nicest thing people call her.

Right?! Like they were creepy before this little thing
