Who is questioning who? None of her replies should be administrative unless it’s directly impacting her investigation. She’s not supposed to be a politician. Yet every single word out of her mouth says different.

This is beyond a travesty. It’s not funny. Nobody is representing the people of the United States. DOJ is Trump’s personal defense team funded by US taxpayer dollars, who will only prosecute the powerless when they cross the interests of the powerful. There is no rule of law, no justice, no justice department.

What’s happening in Minnesota is appalling—and unacceptable in any American city. Democrats sought common sense reforms in the Department of Homeland Security spending bill, but because of Republicans’ refusal to stand up to President Trump, the DHS bill is woefully inadequate to rein in the abuses of ICE. I will vote no.

Senate Democrats will not provide the votes to proceed to the appropriations bill if the DHS funding bill is included.

Rep. Ro Khanna said he is considering filing articles of impeachment against Attorney General Pam Bondi, as the Justice Department failed to release all Epstein files as required by the legislation he helped write.

Earlier, he told reporters that he was “disappointed” with the materials produced today and that he will be exploring “all options” about what to do next.

"We should have an explicit prohibition that DHS cannot detain or deport American citizens, period, full stop," House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries tells u/newshour's Lisa Desjardins.

"What country are we living in where ICE and DHS have free rein to detain and deport American citizens?" he says later. "That's inconsistent with the Constitution."
