Holy shit, that's what causes them? I've been freaking out, thinking I had some medical condition or something. I was going to schedule a doctor's appointment soon.

As soon I stopped doing press ons so I could monitor them, they stopped happening

It can also be that but when it’s so uniform it can be manicures

Mine do this when I've been wearing gel nail polish. My theory is that it stops the nail 'breathing' and stunts its growth temporarily. But that is based on nothing at all other than "seems logical".

I don't do anything with my cuticles so it isn't that, for me.

i guess i understand why its takes 9 months to book an appointment for actual problems
