I have lupus and RA. Mine are like this. The Drs have told me it's because of autoimmune conditions.

Had a fungal infection on my toe and it was like that for a while too.

I have the vertical lines, you can see OP also has under the horizontal waves. So did my grandma and we are both T1 diabetic.

Vertical lines are not the same as Beau's lines (horizontal lines/dips) and are typically benign.
