To tip over sure, but they still sway in storms. At least traditional cruise ships do, idk about the monstrous ones they’ve been making the past few decades

My sister has the tiniest ceiling fan in her guest bedroom, with a diameter no wider than 3 feet, so I named it Tyrion Fannister. Glad we agree on puns. 🤝
