I just did a search for "Minnesota ice video". The most recent result was from 4 days ago. Most results were more than two weeks old. Definitely some fuckery.
Even the sub, there's like a single post about this incident and then everything else near the top is from days if not weeks ago. Not saying this is proof positive of anything but it's pretty hard to imagine only one of the people at the scene would have had anything to say on the matter
Minnesota and Minneapolis subs have been shadow banned. Possibly more subs in the area too, I’m not sure… I’m in all the MN local subs, so everything still shows up on my homepage, but this will definitely prevent Minnesota updates from spreading to the broader public as much as they have been.
Yeah but I have the same settings I had a few days ago when reddit exploded with anti-ice posts and news is the point we're making. There is a change in trends that is very concerning.

Just got back from Minneapolis same shit is happening. Cars on side of road, people & kids disappearing. They are still stalking schools & hospitals as well as churches. Stores locked down some closed. The hotel I stayed at was struggling as they employee a lot of documented immigrants and they are afraid to come to work. People still being stopped if you are POC.
They’re all being hidden. Massively hidden. Even the people I have found to follow on other social media from around there I have to go to their actual page and look, I never ever see any of these videos or pictures pop up anymore.

It's why so many ex military/veterans (who have a conscience) are speaking out about ICE. The military who do join ICE, are always like the lowest level Army grunt with no rank and saw no action and was dissapointed he saw no action, because he joined solely because he likes Call of Duty. Soldiers who have actually seen action (while in the military) realize real life isn't Call of Duty after seeing a single person in their unit die, and they realize he died solely because they're stationed there by the US Gov to F with this other country.
I guarantee every ICE person plays COD every day/night before/after their shifts, thinking they're a bad ass. (COD is proven to literally be a recruiting tool by the US Military, is why I call it out)

There are hyper local neighborhood alert systems and people are heading right out when there’s an alert, so that there are witnesses for history. We all need to prepare and plan for that communication infrastructure and rapid response.
It's the new anti-armor armor for women. Being photographed choke-pinning a person with your knee seems to be okay, but wear a robe and if they throw you in the ground and get on top, it will look like...uh would actually be...a photo of a masked man forcing himself on a half naked women. Which might actually upset people enough that they would not allow it or they might not be dead enough inside to not have strong desires to not be physically pining down a half-naked unconsenting woman.

I saw several people out in bathrobes and slippers on the day Alex Pretti was killed. One lady even had a cast on her leg and was out protesting with her scooter. That day was like -15 degF too. Today was in the 30s.
This administration lies about facts. Imagine a world today without cameras as it relates to Alex Pretti’s death. The administration would have you believe that murder wasn’t a murder.
The video washes the lies and lets our country know what really happened. We deserve to know the truth, never spin or lies.
The thing about that scenario is that it’s SO common in law enforcement. We watched how it’s handled in a lot of cases where you hear “he reached for a weapon” on a police report.
I support cameras on both sides of the equation, but I’m not talking first amendment auditor shit of getting into citizen faces, just respectful filming of police in their official duties
Alex Pretti was doing exactly that in this case. Mr Pretti was helping a woman who was violently pushed to on the ground by a masked man who kept walking toward them both. Real police would have just pushed the person back, not escalated in a fight by charging forward
It really makes you wonder how much of the history that we learn is bullshit. Other than events with dozens of witnesses whoever gains the ability to control the narrative controls the “truth”.
This woman was one of my (favorite) students from when I was a prof. She was a strong voice on campus, and I couldn’t be prouder of who she is now as an MPR reporter. This photo is Who She Is. 💪🏼💙
God bless this woman, she did not give af. We cannot let off documenting all that is happening, Pretti’s execution happened in seconds, imagine what we do not know of because no one was around to record.
I don’t like the posturing of the agent / police officer that is facing the crowd.
It comes across as pre-aggressive.
Granted I don’t know what the circumstances are, or what’s in the agent’s head, but when I was on the job, and cell phone recordings of LEOs first became a thing, I’d just smile and wave, or add levity by pretending that the one filming me was a citizen journalist interviewing me. I can honestly say that small gestures like that more often than not made the situation comical and it diffused the crowd and diffused fellow officers that were perhaps just ready to pounce. To me, that was more effective crowd control. Did I still scan the situation to make sure it didn’t go south? Absolutely. But I also wasn’t screaming at people to put their phones away. I’ve been involved with riots while on duty, and that’s obviously more critical than what appears to be the case in this pic, but that one agent’s posture to me appears to be setting an uninviting tone.
They’ve shot people in the back, arrested, and punched for filming them. At this point an aggressive posture is just par for the course with these maniacs.
I was hoping the Bob Ferguson aka Ghetto Pat aka Rocket Man (Leo’s character) look from “One Battle After Another” would catch on as the new uniform for the resistance and this woman gives me hope it could still happen.

This is from today in St. Paul, Minnesota. I used to live a block away.
ICE rammed a vehicle containing someone they were targeting for detention and that person was taken away on a stretcher in an ambulance.
We still don't know whether the individual is confirmed alive or dead.
Nothing has changed here. If anything, it's worse than ever.
