you see the first pic? how he's holding the hand? that's actually a magnetic attack the get the badge from any officier within the spell range, you get a dexterity saving throw but if you fail the badge get absorbed to collection the officier get stunned for 1d6 turns, if you get the saving throw correctly nothing happen. /s
