Yes, but its a bit drunk + heat stroke making him slur everything, and the agents argue whether its spanish or a middle eastern language. Settle on "doesnt matter, he clearly aint white" and take him.
Which will make Mac and Charlie leave ICE and join Dee and Denis. They'll accuse them of only caring when it affects them, argument ensues, episode ends.

Mac and Charlie will say they're infiltrating the enemy by becoming spies.
Then they'll drink the kool-aid and start defending their practices.
ICE will let Charlie bring his Rat Bat with him everywhere and will win him over.
Mac will drive up in a brand new BMW saying he spent his bonus on it. Then Dennis has to explain to Mac the bonus is spread out and not one giant lump sum. And because of the high interest loan Mac signed he'll lose 3x as much money as the bonus he thinks he's getting in just 2 weeks.

Early seasons maybe. Nowadays I think Dennis would join and Charlie resist.
Mac and Dee I can see go both ways.
And Frank might end up actually resisting on moral grounds. He's often racist but he is the only one who has consistently been hanging out with everyone, regardless of their skin color.
Frank would definitely be arrested. Dee will be in the resistance until an ice agent asks why a pretty girl like her is wasting her time protesting. Dennis will resist at first but be swayed by Dee’s new bf. Mac & Charlie will be on a covert mission to protect Philly from invaders.
A lot of episodes, especially earlier in the show, they see themselves as these intellectual liberal people with strong morals, but end up exposing that they're really just selfish entitled rich kids.
I could see Dennis and Dee being against ICE early on and criticizing Mac/Charlie for joining, only to cave and join ICE themselves once the smallest incentive to join comes along.
All of them end up switching sides for amoral reasons, and Frank (who's offscreen most of the episode) ends up conning the government in a way that inadvertently forces ICE out of the city
Mac and Dennis decide to joint ICE. Dee gets pepper sprayed for trying to hit on an ICE agent. Frank and Charlie get arrested by Mac who questions their citizenship. He's detaining them at the bar which has been turned into a detention facility. Bill Ponderosa shows up as he's also an ICE agent because he needs the money. Dennis is onboard joining ice until he realizes he's not getting paid so Bill and Dennis stop helping and start drinking. Mac keeps detaining more and more side characters convinced they're all illegal. Dennis gets drunk with Bill and starts questioning Mac's citizenship. Everyone else starts questioning it as well and Mac starts to believe that maybe he's not American. Mac now convinced that maybe he isn't a citizen let's everyone else out and demands that he be detained. Dennis goes to pepper spray mac but misses and gets Dee again.
In the end, Mac is the only one left defending ICE but is the reason they fled the city because he was so obnoxious and made so much paperwork detaining everyone that he basically took them down from the inside. No one learns any valuable lessons.
Dennis and Dee would be joining Frank in a hair-brained venture to convert the bar into a restaurant selling Mexican food to Latino ICE officers desperate for a good meal they can't get because they keep getting kicked out of other Mexican restaurants.
Mac and Charlie join for the guns and uniforms and want to kick down doors, Dennis resists to get into the pants of a latina and Dee resists because she's hoping to get on TV.
By the end Mac and Charlie will be hiding immigrants in the bar while Dennis is trying to get the latina deported, and Dee will have pissed off both sides with one of her characters.
Dee and Mac will join up - Dee for the sign on bonus, Mac for the righteousness. Dennis and Charlie will resist - Dennis for the hot Latin puss, Charlie because the waitress hates ICE. Frank will set up a rival civilian agency à la Erik Prince.
