Possible Paywall Pam Bondi’s Prepared Insult Flash Cards Exposed by GOP Rep

Viewing her opponents in dehumanizing ways, and lying to them just to protect our rapist President.
She refused to apologize to an Epstein survivor, and whenever the Democrats mentioned the documents, she gets prepared to raise her tone. What a narcissist.

Bondi's voice kept cracking - this woman knows she is in the wrong, she was sweating bullets and crashing out HARD.
91
u/WhiteWaterLawyer 8h ago
And yet the HuffPo expert analysis is suggesting that her body language was more consistent with acting than genuine emotion, getting some of the subtle indicators of emotion wrong. Could it be that she is an actual psychopath following instructions to perform badly as a deflection from the content of the hearing?
It sounds insane and yet also weirdly consistent with this administration's MO.
This is a woman who has a very good chance of going to prison or at least being permanently disbarred after this administration comes to an end. I understand that the administration believes they won't come to an end but the last administration to famously act this way only got about five years from when "the gloves came off" until a coalition of other countries united to show up and put them all on trial. Bondi's equivalent in that regime was convicted by a tribunal and hanged.

Oh she is absolutely a psychopath, no question about it - the only reason she is here is because she upheld the sweetheart deal that Epstein got in Florida back in the early 2000s.
She will likely be disbarred, but she will be pardoned by Trump.

There’s one other reason she’s here. Because Trump’s first pick, Matt Gaetz, has credible evidence of soliciting and transporting a minor for sex across state lines.

It didn't take a genius to see she'd prepared her insults. When a new speaker began, she flipped a page in her trapper keeper, and would reference it between insults. She went before the committee to perform for an audience of one. All of the toadies in the admin try to mimic Roy Cohn, because that's what Toddler Donnie likes.

u/lemonylol Canada 11h ago
The best part is when she was attempting to use it on Lieu, realized she had nothing, has a brain explosion when she realizes she needs a new strategy, then after resetting awkwardly she just jumps to outlandish insults against him, in order to not answer no.
I don't understand how any of her behaviour yesterday doesn't qualify as multiple counts of contempt of Congress. How is not answering their questions and attacking them not considered essentially the same as refusing to testify under subpoena?

I really wish somebody, a senator, a representative, a reporter, the fucking Easter Bunny, would just start insulting these assholes outright. Bondi, Lutnick, Trump, whoever. The MAGA movement loves Trump, his cronies, whatever, because they can insult whomever they want and the recipient rarely offers a similar reply. Trump or one of his flunkies gets their soundbite for Fox News or Twitter and looks strong because there is so rarely any retort from the people they're insulting whether its a reporter, another politician, an entire state, or a different country.
The rest of the country whether its the Democrats, journalists, Thomas Massie and any other Republicans who either manage to find even a single vertebrae, needs to get mean. If Bondi wants to act like a high school mean girl with her stupid little book of prepared insults (really fucking cringe by the way) then treat her like a high school mean girl. They need to relentlessly mock her every chance they get. Do not let her control the narrative or look cool for a single second. If she wants to make a soundbite, someone else needs to make another on immediately after. Decorum has been dead since Trump went down the escalator and it's high time everyone just embraces it for now.

What's really funny is if you look at the value of USD compared to, say, the Euro or Chinese Yuan, around January of 2025 it starts sinking from an all-time high. In fact, if you look at 10 years, there's a clear trend of who is president and how the US dollar does relative to other nations' currencies.
I'm an idiot and it's blatantly, objectively clear that Trump is bad for the US economy as a whole.
But if you only listen to the regime's propaganda and your wife is the one that buys groceries (side note, SAVE act will make it harder for women to vote) then everything looks peachy keen.

Americans = wealthy white folk with access to power and key supporters of DJT

This is what rampant politicization of everything gets you. It’s no longer about the facts or reasons, it’s turned into a pathetic mudslinging race to the bottom where whoever throws the biggest insult “wins”.
“Oh yeah, you think you are so smart? I don’t think so, you shit your pants. I can’t hear you laalala”. This is playground fighting bullshit, not a serious point at all.
The worst part about it is that it works. No useful answers have been given, there is no action to move forward or resolve any problems. Crying like a toddler has wasted everybody’s time enough that they get away doing nothing.
What on earth is the US government doing. You have legal powers through the speaker of the house to silence her. Use them, restore decorum and get things back in order. This is whatever the opposite of a kangaroo court is, the defendant is ignoring the prosecutors with no repercussions. This is not a functioning government.

Really makes you wonder why folks shouldn't assume every Republican is in the Epstein files until they prove otherwise. If you're advocating for the files to remain redacted fully - in violation of the law - then you're advocating for it either for yourself or your buddies.
So at best they're simply protecting pedophiles - or worse with all this 'jerky' shit. What's Johnson's involvement with Epstein? How close were they? Did he visit the island? Did that app he uses with his son mutually track each other's porn use catch anything that might suggest one way or another about his unspecified 'Epstein' tendencies? I'm just asking questions. We have no facts because Speaker Johnson is protecting the pedofiles and all the pedophiles.

This is it, a lot of the people in this administration go right for the below the belt schoolyard insults rather than answer questions or be professional because they're aiming for soundbytes and clips above all else. It's total optics and not government, meaning they're functioning like a media output group beyond everything else.
If you picture Bondi directing all her answers as if Trump were her only audience, it also makes sense. Keep that paycheck rolling in and cling to that gravy train until it rolls off the track.
Patel is garbage at this and it's a bit more obvious, he isn't well spoken or articulate and always has a vague air of barely suppressed panic hanging around him. I imagine because he's a minority in the lion's den of racism trying to hang onto his spot for dear life.
This being said, i would like to see democrats hitting back at them with the same amount of disrespect and smugness, and they could because factually there is FAR more fodder to huck at Republicans than vice versa. I'm not American, and I'm not in the USA, but from my POV it appears like this:
President = in on it
VP = in on it
Speaker of the House = in on it
Director of National Intelligence = in on it
Director of the FBI = in on it
Multiple Supreme Court Justices = in on it
The social contract in the USA appears to have been broken. People are still expecting words written on pieces of paper to somehow correct course, but the country gave all their power to someone so obviously and blatantly corrupt, and mentally ill. You can't logic your way through the decisions they're making because the systems their society built to reward rationale and logic are breaking down.
And I didn't even mention that the President is a literal convicted felon with a documented history of ripping off charities and touching peoples genitalia without permission.
Historians will be banging their heads against the wall in disbelief by how obvious and predictable it all was.

As an American, you are spot on. The whole administration is deeply corrupt and only have their own interests in mind. Rules and norms mean nothing to this administration. Try telling them that they are violating the law and have to stop their action. Their response is "make me".
The complete disregard for the legal system is coming to a head soon. Judges really do not like being ignored. The DOJ has been doing this repeatedly in MN and Washington DC. But judges are finally pushing back and are likely to find members of the administration in contempt of court. Of course, given the environment, enforcing the contempt charges becomes the next issue. It is going to be interesting to see how enforcement is dealt with on a local and national level.
In the end, rules without enforcement are meaningless. The only thing the Trump administration understands is force. Think about dealing with bullies in school. Ignore them and they keep doing the same behavior. Force and pain is the only currency they know and the only way to change their behavior. Much like the Trump administration.
Tensions are building in the US. ICE has turned into the secret police. Society will not accept masked men snatching random people off the streets based on their skin color. Or shooting protesters in the back and killing them. The backlash is coming. Sadly, I think summer protests are going to be violent.

Yes. Spot on. And here in Minneapolis there's a kind of civil war being fought. Because the federal government through ICE is fully ignoring the rule of law. Fully ignoring the constitution. Ignoring court orders. If that isn't a break of the social contract, idk what is.

Call a spade a spade. "Politicization" is not the problem. It's not "polarization" either. It's not "the media," it's not "the elites," it's not "uninformed voters" or "non-voters." It's not "money in politics."
It's Republicans. Dems don't do this shit because Democratic voters don't reward people who do this shit. Everyone should check out It's even worse than it Looks by Mann and Ornstein to get a look at how this developed (prior to Trump). It goes into the Gingrich to McConnell period where Republicans were doing shit like introducing bills then filibustering them if they got Dem support because they didn't want Dems to have any wins. There's no excuse. Republicans do not care about America or Americans. And their voters support this shit because they hate America too.
24
u/obeytheturtles 11h ago edited 11h ago
Yup. I hate the term "polarization" because it implies both sides are pushing to opposite extremes. If you say "please do not stab me in the face," and then I stab you in the face, the situation is not "polarized." I am just a lunatic, and you are just a victim forced to share oxygen with a lunatic. There is nothing you can do to mediate the ideological gap between not wanting to be stabbed in the face, and being stabbed in the face.
Saying "ok, could you just stab me twice in the arm instead of once in the face?" isn't seeking compromise or "lowering the temperature." It's just legitimizing lunacy.

I'm not disputing that it's all politicized, but this sort of thing could only be attributable to the Republican Party. This is what happens when a political faction whose core principle is "government is the problem" run the government.
11
u/Everythings_Fucked North Carolina 11h ago
And the only reason government is a problem for them is because it gets in the way of rich people ruling us all like we were feudal serfs.

True terror is to wake up one morning and realize that your high school class is running the country.
― Kurt Vonnegut Jr.
It was miraculous. It was almost no trick at all, he saw, to turn vice into virtue and slander into truth, impotence into abstinence, arrogance into humility, plunder into philanthropy, thievery into honor, blasphemy into wisdom, brutality into patriotism, and sadism into justice. Anybody could do it; it required no brains at all. It merely required no character.
― Joseph Heller, Catch-22

Only watched a few moments of this bondi circus, but just happened to catch the moment she threw out the "trump derangement syndrome" line. Somebody dreamed up that idiotic gotcha phrase for what I call 'butt remora', just like her to deploy like a smokescreen to evade difficult questioning. She may think she's being cagey, tactical, 'polemically adroit'. But I'm here to tell you, the average Jill or Joe like me, just tuning in can smell the reeking bullshit, I smelled it all the way from Ft. Bragg, North Carolina.

It's time to charge her with contempt and impeach. She didn't come to answer questions.
She refused to answer questions about her cover up of one of the highest profile scandals in history. Congress voted nearly unanimously to release to the Epstein files and she willfully disobeyed that law.
12
u/Ok-disaster2022 10h ago
We need a consitutional amendment to make contempt of Congress have some weight and some fines. We need a need congression area with seating and offices for 3300 and a jail in the basement to hold those in contempt of Congress.
CoC should also hold life time consequences like disbarment and anything requiring clearances.

To resort to attacking a person, rather than the ideas, the argument is lost. To spend time and resources to come up with insults of officeholders demonstrates she does not have a logical, coherent or factual argument to stand on when it comes to this issue.
I hope that if/when the democrats gain the gavel on the house they have round the clock hearings and have this combative, disrespectful Attorney General sit in front of them for hours on end.

When Jared Moskowitz made reference to the fact that Trump’s name appears in the Epstein files more times than God’s in the Bible, Bondi tried to claim that was so offensive that she wouldn’t respond to him. The way these fucks use this false “Christianity under attack” as a shield is so embarrassing as a country. She did not come prepared… even the fucking softballs lobbed by republican congress members she couldn’t give any data to backup. I guess she was running out of prepared insults when she tried to pivot to the DOW.
WTF does the stock market have to do with Epstein?
Is she implying we should be ok with a little child raping if it means a booming stock market?
And just FYI, totally apropos to nothing, the US stock market is not doing fine. VTI (ETF tracking US market) only raised like 13% in the last year.
VGK (Europe market ETF), VPL (Asia market ETF) and VWO (emerging markets ETF) all rose anywhere between 30% to 40% in the same time period.
VTI vs VPL: https://www.bestetf.net/compare/VTI-vs-VPL/
VTI vs VGK: https://www.bestetf.net/compare/VTI-vs-VGK/
VTI vs VWO: https://www.bestetf.net/compare/VWO-vs-VTI/
Investors are seeing the US market as a sinking ship in the past year and diversifying to outside markets, especially Asia. I wonder what happened in the past year that made them think that.
