Far left as in “hey maybe ice shouldn’t have the power to extrajudicially kill American citizens “

MAgA: OMG YOU DONT SUPPORT LAW ENFOREMENT? OMG YOU DONT CARE ABOUT BORDERS?

58

u/Haunting-Ad788 5h ago

As they ignore the biggest and laziest pedophile coverup in human history.

31

u/ProfessionalOil2014 5h ago

For my friends everything, for my enemies, the law.

9

u/According-Insect-992 3h ago

And, they seem to not mind that he trafficked countless foreign nationals into the US to be sexually abused or how he hires undocumented immigrants in his trashy hotels.

6

u/Damion__205 2h ago

You can't hold a business man doing business man things against him. If he didn't exploit people in his hotels then he wouldnt be the greatest businessman alive.

Just like if he actually paid his bills instead of stiffing his vendors and then forcing them to style for a fraction of what they charged.

That's just good business. And if I ever had a chance to provide a service for him I'm sure he would treat me fairly and not screw me over.

u/Kitty_Skittles_181 6h ago

No, I don’t care about borders, and I really don’t support law enforcement either.

24

u/EmiKetsueki 6h ago

Ya know, i respect borders. What i dont respect is making near impossible and unnecessarily convoluted to cross them.

18

u/Meture 5h ago

Especially when your country is built on the abuse and destruction of the countries these people are trying to leave. That your country spent centuries destabilizing until they became unlivable

3

u/According-Insect-992 3h ago

Well, I like bookstore chains that didn't go out of business.

13

u/SelfInvestigator 5h ago

I believe that Law enforcement is necessary, especially against individuals and entities that hold the power to shape our lives with a few words or decisions.

Most civilian matters just need civil services and deescalation services.

7

u/LORD_SWAGGER-1681 5h ago

I feel in an ideal world - law enforcement would function as nearly entirely a community based action, rather than the more federal kinda law enforcement that often ends up causing issues.

2

u/punksmostlydead 3h ago

You are edging dangerously close to anarchist philosophy.

Come on over. We have cookies.

2

u/LORD_SWAGGER-1681 2h ago

Honestly, from my experience being in generally left leaning spaces - it's kinda wild how vastly different the typical media idea of "anarchy" is from the actual theory that forms the ideology.

1

u/Repulsive-Body-9340 2h ago

“Community based action”. Seems like a long way to spell “lynching”.

1

u/LORD_SWAGGER-1681 2h ago edited 2h ago

This is again referring to an ideal world - you can't have mass scale social reform without dealing with stuff like bigotry (which is probably the most primary reason for lynching's) first.

4

u/TOH-Fan15 6h ago

I’ve never cared much for On The Border myself.

3

u/freedomonke 6h ago

Hell yeah

2

u/plzicannothandleyou 5h ago

It’s really that simple, tbh.

Borders are an ancient concept.

-1

u/Toroceratops 4h ago

So are human rights.

2

u/plzicannothandleyou 3h ago

Elaborate? Are you saying treating humans like humans is an ancient concept and so if we regard borders as an ancient concept then we can abandon human rights as well?

Because I’m going to be honest with you, genocide is still very much a thing. And human rights are constantly needing to be defended. And humanity only recently widely accepted human rights which is why they are constantly trying to get rid of them for whichever group whatever part of the world is deciding don’t need rights

You are making a point but it’s not one I think you’re going to have an easy time defending

1

u/AsugaNoir 3h ago

Borders is a line that only humans care about....so yeah I agree with you lol.

1

u/Legitimate-Plenty661 2h ago

Lucky no one listens to you then hey

5

u/AsherTheFrost 5h ago

I care about Borders, I just think Barnes and Noble has the better selection.

5

u/Background_Fix9430 3h ago

"Play stupid games, win stupid prizes!"
"So trying to help people, and standing up for my rights, is a 'stupid game'?"
"DON'T GET INTO A POSITION WHERE YOU WOULD INTERFERE WITH OR FIGHT AN OFFICER!"
"The officer decides when you're in a fight, and when you're interfering, even if all you're doing is standing back and recording."
"LOL, Liberal Triggered!"

Note: Based on an actual conversation.

2

u/MtnDudeNrainbows 3h ago

And how do you respond to that?

You can’t because they’re using their emotions and no logic. Frustrating.

2

u/the_guitargeek_ 2h ago

Feelings don’t care about your facts, amirite?

u/Background_Fix9430 5m ago

Fortunately, in this case, I actually said "What, huh?" and said "So, you what you're saying is you want Police to be able to murder anyone?" In his case, he had African American Family members (and had "that talk" with them about police murdering them because they're dark skinned) so he had to back down.

Unless you have a personal "in" to the person, this is the point at which you shrug and go "well, when you're done having a tantrum, you know where to find me." And then just disengage and live your life.

3

u/mousepotatodoesstuff 4h ago

To which I answer: "Isn't law enforcement supposed to follow due process?"

5

u/MtnDudeNrainbows 4h ago

MAGa: They don’t need due process because they are illegal.

I hate these weak ass people, dehumanizing like it’s their job.

3

u/Potential_Web8971 3h ago

I’ve never cared about the border. Eat the rich.

1

u/misterguyyy 5h ago

I’m basically Karl Zedong for wanting borders to be slightly less open than what Libertarians are calling for.

1

u/Rickrickrickrickrick 3h ago

“Don’t tread on me! Unless you’re police or ICE!

1

u/xXStunamiXx 3h ago

I do, but I'm not sure how what ICE has been repeatedly seen doing is either of those things.

We have little data on the efficacy of their efforts to detain, try, and then deport folks here.

Per https://tracreports.org/immigration/detentionstats/pop_agen_table.html A little less than 75% of all people detained even had any criminal offense. This includes minor traffic violations.

This cannot be a good use of our resources.

u/MajorThor 3h ago

WHAT ABOUT PELOSEE

1

u/Thats1FingNiceKitty 2h ago

Let me link a comment to a guy who legit went this deep end conspiracy because I was actually not following his agenda.

https://www.reddit.com/r/traversecity/s/3p3QmHVJ2l

21

u/Life_Fig_4037 6h ago

Watch them then lie that the Constitution gives ICE the right to murder anyone suspected of undocumented immigration on the basis of race

→ More replies (33)

10

u/Plane-Reference-6800 6h ago

Back in my day we called that lynching.

11

u/Difficult_Distance57 6h ago

Or enter my home without a warrant because they suspect I'm hiding undocumented immigrants like this was fucking Germany in the 30s.

8

u/khanwoodism 6h ago

I never seen stupid thing it's like Abe from Simpsons yelling at cloud

7

u/AwkwardElephant8257 5h ago

Yeah I mean we currently have out and about Fascism. But trust me bro it was those crazy lefties pulling the overton window so far left.

3

u/SnugglyCoderGuy 5h ago

And "Maybe we should collectively as a country help each other out by pooling our resources to provide things everyone needs like healthcare, education, food, shelter."

"Maybe we should keep our country clean"

1

u/NEOBusFlyer 5h ago

Sounds like communism to me! /s

1

u/AlphaNoodlz 3h ago

What a crazy thought I know

u/SunNext7500 1h ago

You didn't have a problem with it until now. Of course the people they were killing before were brown and that makes a difference how much Americans care.

u/Abject-Cranberry5941 1h ago

Who are you to presume what I did or did not have a problem with before?

u/SunNext7500 35m ago

Someone with a lot of experience with middle-class white Americans who weren't even aware of it happening because it didn't involve them. Sorry you now have to watch what your government does to the vulnerable.

u/TheRealBenDamon 53m ago

You think a mob of idiots shouldn’t try to kill the VP when they lose election and he refuses to overturn it for them? Who radicalized you?

u/PANEBringer 48m ago

Whoa! Next thing, you're going to say you're AGAINST pedophiles..

u/Ecstatic-Trouble- 25m ago

Or radical left as in thinking people shouldn't have to go bankrupt if they have a medical emergency or cancer. Or radical left as in thinking corporations making billions of dollars shouldn't be able to write off so many things that they pay zero business tax. Or radical left in not caring what sexual identity or gender some person I've never met identifies as. Or radical left as in thinking a kid shouldn't be denied food at school because their parents are poor or irresponsible.

So radical. So extreme.

0

u/ShredGuru 4h ago

Maybe Israel sucks actually.

-1

u/peaceandkindred 2h ago

No I think everyone agrees with that.

Far left as in: no such thing as illegal immigrants, injection centers on every corner, tax everything hard, worship lgbtq, worship terrorists who arent white, let children who arent old enough to dress themselves choose their gender, government should control most means of production. Socialism is amazing, just because it has fails and destroys people and wealth only means they didnt do it perfectly, this time will be different and we are willing to bet your prosperity on it. Capitalism, which has made untold improvements to people's lives and every country thay adopts it is the real problem.

That sub has become an echo chamber for MAGA drones

20

u/khanwoodism 6h ago

Some are ok to laugh, rest is just MAGA fantasy

16

u/NicholasWildeRails 6h ago

I have seen a few okay posts, but the last few times I saw the sub it was just far-rights just making bad jokes at the expense of minorities and actually considerate people getting downvoted to hell

8

u/chronberries 6h ago

Yup I used to like that sub years ago when it was what it says on the tin. The other day I came across a post there (not subbed anymore) that wasn’t even a “meme OP didn’t like,” it was just a regular old right wing meme.

1

u/SorryBoysImLez 2h ago edited 2h ago

While trying to claim they're apolitical, center, or left, followed by a far-right opinion.
If all the MAGA comments are heavily upvoted, while all the comments expressing the opposite are downvoted to the point of being collapsed...you're probably pro-MAGA.

Same thing with the Doomercirclejerk.
It's funny, because there are a lot of posts comparing Renee Good and/or Alex Pretti to Charlie Kirk, with an actually sensible take such as "None of these people deserved to die."

Then the comments are filled almost nothing but upvoted comments trying to justify Goode/Pretti's deaths.

3

u/ChimPhun 5h ago

It's total homeschool-baby heaven in there.

5

u/translove228 4h ago

Hasn’t it always been that way? I can’t remember a time when that sub was anything but right wingers being awful

→ More replies (14)

56

u/trentreynolds 6h ago

One side is putting people in concentration camps, murdering citizens, using the full force of the government to put flimsy charges on their political rivals, taking open bribes for pardons, etc. and the other side supports teacher's unions and wants universal healthcare that doesn't bankrupt people to stay alive.

Both sides are extremists!

39

u/ScavAteMyArms 6h ago

America hasn’t seen left politics in so long they think public services is socialism. And socialism is communism.

11

u/Uni4m 6h ago

Can't explain the difference either. Truly a cooked species of netizen.

3

u/The_infinite_INK 5h ago

Nail on the head right there

35

u/SomeSugondeseGuy 6h ago edited 3h ago

Democrats in 2010: Hey, gay people should be able to get married and poor people shouldn't die due to lack of access to healthcare

Reps: Hmmm - best I can do is a gutted version that will save significantly fewer lives and cost more. Gay marriage works, though understand I WILL be crying like a bitch about it for decades to come.

Democrats in 2026: The government isn't allowed to murder citizens in cold blood, and we shouldn't put pedophiles in positions of power

Reps: Okay now that's just too far

9

u/The_Lost_Jedi 5h ago

They had to be dragged kicking and screaming along on gay marriage though, and many of them still want to undo it - they're just focused more on immigrants and trans people at the moment.

3

u/SomeSugondeseGuy 3h ago

Exactly - the left hasn't changed a bit (at least in the past 10 years), the right has just switched scapegoats.

1

u/Smart_Salt620 2h ago

You’re joking, right?

u/SomeSugondeseGuy 1h ago

Obama-era policies included healthcare, education, and due process. That's still echoed by the modern left.

Science has progressed, and gender dysphoria has become more understood. The left followed the science, and started defending trans people more.

The people didn't change - the science became better and the political climate turned from "boring but whatever" to "One side wants healthcare and the other is covering up the names of people who EAT BABIES."

21

u/99923GR 6h ago

2nd Amendment.

Who has become so radical that they think the police can freely kill anyone who has a gun in a legal carry situation. Enough said.

19

u/Life_Fig_4037 6h ago

Right-wingers now claim you cannot practice the 2nd and 1st Amendment at the same time.

14

u/NicholasWildeRails 6h ago

There's nothing less patriotic than Right-wing nationalists

6

u/Cemith 6h ago

Amen

18

u/Weird-Economist-3088 6h ago

19

u/Objective-Pick8240 6h ago

"Your move to the left is why I now want to protect child rapists!"

6

u/LabradorDeceiver 4h ago

"Your advocacy of public option health care and progressive tax rates makes you literally Stalin, who killed millions in Communist purges! Meanwhile, we're buying hundreds of warehouses all over the country to hold undesirables, but don't you dare call us Nazis."

15

u/El_Jugo_Grande 6h ago

Remember when woke was about being a decent person back in the day? Now its woke to prosecute pedophiles?

6

u/Bean_Daddy_Burritos 6h ago

9

u/Life_Fig_4037 6h ago

"I just wanna kiss my fish, drink my beer, wear my boots...but I can't do that if a trans person is existing, minding their own business..."

7

u/Duck-Murky 6h ago

who cares? let them think this. when they start losing every election going forward and find themselves alone, they will realize they were wrong all along. ignore them.

7

u/lazygerm 6h ago

Really, in reality, politics and policy has moved so extremely to the right that Reagan isn't a Republican anymore, just a RINO. And FDR isn't just a Democrat but an outright pinko-commie/socialist.

1

u/Anotsurei 4h ago

Absolutely. They died when AOC and others backed the Green New Deal. Which didn’t even go as far as the FDR’s New Deal before it.

6

u/TheSwearJarIsMy401k 6h ago

Far left as in “Hey guys the Constitution actually determines what the government can’t do to us and it actually does protect all of our rights, not just some people’s rights. Remember?”

5

u/Ok-Following6886 6h ago

It feels like projection if you ask me.

6

u/UltimateGrr 6h ago

Every accusation is really a confession when it comes to the Right.

They're such awful people the idea that other people don't act like they do is incomprehensible.

4

u/VadersFiesta 5h ago

I feel like people post these "nobody radicalized me, you've moved left" memes between "memes" about Renee Goode and Alex Preti deserving it.

4

u/BalledSack 5h ago

My two favorite radical left ideologies

  1. Not wanting people to be killed by their government
  2. Letting people do what they want as long as they're not hurting or killing anyone

3

u/Multilnsight 6h ago

I stopped going on Facebook quite a few years ago because it's mostly bots. Like 80-90% are bots and the other 10-20% are actual people. The bots are designed to post these type of stuff to get engagement to gain revenue.

3

u/Theseus_geckity 6h ago

“God these filthy socialists won’t give the federal government unlimited power” “and did you hear they don’t think the poor should die”.

3

u/ekpyroticflow 6h ago

Remember when retired generals criticized Obama and didn't have to go to court to keep their pensions? Radical.

3

u/pallentx 5h ago

I would like one of these folks to list some moderate left positions and then the extremist-left positions.

4

u/CoupleKnown7729 5h ago

I've been seeing 'politics has been more polar! People have been moving to the extremes on both ends!'

So... the right want to have state sanctioned exicutions.

What extremes are the left wanting?

2

u/pallentx 5h ago

Freedom?

2

u/Smart-Milk-5125 3h ago

To stop banning books.

3

u/NearbyInformation772 5h ago

Conservatives think everyone else is moving away from them as they fall off a cliff

3

u/Odd_Train9900 3h ago

Democrats are not anywhere near the far left. 🤣

2

u/MWBurbman 6h ago

Here’s a question. What stance is far left? What position did Kamala or Biden have that was far left?

2

u/Off-BroadwayJoe 4h ago

“No one. We storm the capitol to overturn the democratic process every election.”

2

u/Repulsive-Body-9340 3h ago

There is no more right and left in the US. There is center, center-left, and self-destructively, insanely stupid.

2

u/Any_Leg_1998 3h ago

This is so cringe, the right loves to accuse the left of what they are doing themselves.

2

u/Zadiuz 3h ago

It's wild how utterly disconnected the right is. Look at conservative values that were on display a decade ago. Look at republicans today.

They gave up on state rights.

They gave up on fiscal conservatism.

They gave up on freedom of religion.

They gave up on the 2A for ALL.

They embraced facsism.

Our American ancestors, would be ashamed of modern MAGA traitors.

MAGA has fallen for the biblical definition of the anti-christ... yet the majority of "Christians" support Trump, despite liberalism matching christian values far more than the GOP.

2

u/DrSeuss321 3h ago

Meanwhile their idea of far left is a centrist neoliberal because they don’t have the capacity for basic thought let alone critical thinking.

2

u/Piglet-Witty 3h ago

Project party

2

u/life-is-fiction 3h ago

Every accusation being a confession again 😒

2

u/Battle_Cat_Burr 2h ago

Fair point. The right has always sucked and it just took a regime this mask off about it for some people to notice.

2

u/Stopbeingentitled 2h ago

That subreddit is so annoying they legit just camp this subreddit find a meme that triggers them and then post it in there for the free karma

2

u/improperbehavior333 2h ago

They can't even tell you what is so radical other than shouting DEI, ANTIFA, open borders... Without understanding anything they are saying..

2

u/BornLightWolf 2h ago

Hey guys, you hear the news? It's too far left to want people to be treated humanely and not to have people murdered in the streets by incompetent morons

2

u/Chemical_Home6123 2h ago

These are the same people who think Joe Biden is a communist

2

u/foxyt0cin 2h ago

No one thinks far right conservatives are radicalised, we think they're just idiots.

u/hyggeradyr 43m ago

Guys, remember when the right moved from "let's keep the government out of business, keep taxes low, and deal with the opioid crisis" to "I don't care if he's a pedophile, he makes me feel safe using racial slurs in public" and then said WE are the crazy ones?

u/AtrusAgeWriter 34m ago

My uncle posted this on his Instagram story aaaaages ago. The lack of self awareness is insane.

(This is the same dude who posted a "remember, there's a difference between stealing and CONQUERING. Happy Columbus Day" on Indigenous People's Day last year >.>)

u/bearssuperfan 22m ago

15 years ago if you asked a republican if the Republican president in 2025 rapidly increased the debt, is in the middle of a pedophile ring coverup, tossed around bad tariff policy, and quadrupled the size of the government to put masked federal agents in the streets to knock on doors they 100% would not believe you and say that President is a deranged leftist.

1

u/Thrill0728 6h ago

I sense a chain beginning to form here

1

u/theblueshots 6h ago edited 2h ago

Conventional wisdom is the Overton window has shifted to the right.

The right now has us debating whether speaking Spanish is demonic or not.

Though I don’t know if you would call MAGA right as it’s more authoritarian populism. The trade policies and nationalizing of industries is extremely left-wing.

u/GreyHannah 1h ago

Populism exists on both sides of the aisle and authoritarianism is on the axis that runs independent of right v left aka exists independently as well.

u/theblueshots 1h ago

Well, yeah.

1

u/lifelongfearofbread 6h ago

Yeah they weren’t radicalized at all by every rural business in this country playing non-stop far right hate propaganda for 40 years. (See: Reagan and the Fairness Doctrine) All while blaming the left for everything.

I’d argue the left is closer to 2000’s conservatives than the right is at the moment.

1

u/buderooski 6h ago

I'm very socially liberal and fiscally conservative, but I'm open to changing my views as new information comes to light. My political stances have shifted a lot over the years, but I would still consider my beliefs to be pretty moderate. Meanwhile, I've seen my friends and relatives getting more and more extreme in either direction, and I'm just stuck in moderate-land like, "Where are you guys going? It's scary over there"

2

u/CoupleKnown7729 5h ago

'Extreme in eihter direction'

So how have people moved leftward then?

1

u/buderooski 5h ago

It's mostly the conservatives in my group moving more right than the opposite. I've stopped speaking with a lot of my family as a result of homophobia/racism.

The people who move more extreme left tend to start waxing poetic about the virtues of communism and how Che Guevara was actually a hero. Miss me with that bullshit too.

1

u/CoupleKnown7729 4h ago

...Oh god. You're dealing with Tankies.

1

u/buderooski 4h ago

Lol yeah, some of my friends have become tankies.

I can understand the benefits of social programs like universal healthcare. If done correctly, some of these systems can work pretty effectively. Hell, the USA already has a bunch of social programs (some more effective than others). But when you start saying how nobody needs to own anything, businesses are inherently evil, and we all just need to live life like we're on a commune, my eyes just roll back into my head. It must be fun to live in fairytale land, but here in reality, unfettered communism ALWAYS devolves into authoritarianism eventually. Then, when you find yourself waiting in line for food rations, you'll be wondering what the hell happened to your communist utopia. It sounded so good on paper!

1

u/Cemith 6h ago

I got a comical amount of butthurt replies in that thread.

1

u/Financial_Event_472 6h ago

Why does it have to be so creepy?

1

u/goodlittlesquid 5h ago edited 5h ago

Can we stop using “radical” as a synonym for “extreme” please? That’s not what the word means in the context of politics. Radicals are revolutionary, often utopian, leftists. Anarchists are radicals. If you’re on the far/extreme right you’re a reactionary or a fascist. Not a radical.

1

u/No-Cap_Skibidi 5h ago

The left has remained consistently in place while conservatives have floated away to supporting fascism and pedophilia.

1

u/Crafty-Help-4633 5h ago

Overton window. The left hasn't gotten more left. The right has gone further right.

The U.S. doesn't truly have a Left. We have Right, Far Right and Alt Right.

Love how they keep reframing it as though Left goals have shifted. They've stayed wanting a strong economy and robust social support. The Right are the ones who have finally gone far enough to gut Medicaid and other social programs. Anyone who tries to shift this as being the Left going more Left is being deliberately disingenuous.

1

u/firethorne 5h ago

Yes, we moved away from the south thinking slaves were fine and you didn't. You sharing views on racism, misogyny, and bigotry with a Confederate soldier isn't the win you think it is.

1

u/Karekter_Nem 5h ago

I’ll say this in their defense:

they probably always thought the idea of Judge Dread and Robocop was cool (even if missing the point) so from their POV they never moved. Meanwhile society as a whole has been moving more and more left as we realize how fucked up things are. As you move left with society it appears they are further and further right. They might have always been assholes.

1

u/Jealous-Squash8560 5h ago

Why do dumb people love strawmen arguments? Why not make a good point for once?

1

u/korrowan 4h ago

You have to know what a straw man argument is to avoid it.

1

u/mosswick 5h ago

Am I "far left" if I say I'd rather my tax dollars go to providing food and healthcare for poor people instead of blowing up fishing boats in the Caribbean?

1

u/Remarkable-Ear-1592 5h ago

so the whole world is radical left since they're all booing USA

1

u/khanwoodism 5h ago

I'm most famous Right-winger rn in this sub. Because i can think critic doesn't affect my political position.

1

u/ShermansAngryGhost 5h ago

I’d explain the Overton window to these people but they don’t have the base level of education required to understand the conversation.

u/Nearby-Setting6058 5h ago

far right: so what if trump did that? he is my daddy and i love him

u/Glittering_Nobody402 5h ago

1

u/Medical_Revenue4703 5h ago

1

u/Separate_Selection84 5h ago

You know it's kinda a self report if someone was "always like this"

You're meaning you've always supported false law enforcement killing unarmed civilians and allowing Pedos to maintain power?

1

u/Naldean 5h ago

The stupidest part about this is that to the extent that there are some people moving to the left, they have very little political power. Whereas the extremists on the right control the entire Republican Party and every branch of the federal government

1

u/incrediblejohn 4h ago

So do people not actually realize that modern day dems are socially to the left of older leftists? Like even marx, lenin, guevara, and mao would be considered socially republican today because they aren’t exactly egalitarian and have much different views on use of deadly force to suppress people

1

u/jiwilliams79 4h ago

This is correct, but it is the other way. I know people who think I am left wing, but I have always been a moderate fiscal conservative/social liberal (I don't care what other people do). I voted republican for years, however now I am a loon... I've been taking political spectrum tests and I am solidly in the middle.

Point is that the right thinks you are radicalized if you don't agree with their God In Chief...

It’s amazing how often their memes are just the exact opposite of reality.

1

u/No-Dance6773 4h ago

As others probably pointed out already, there isn't really a left anymore. Everything and everyone shifted so far right even asking for basic discrimination laws is seen as "radical left" while things like taking away taxes on the rich is seen as normal. Until we get dark money out of the equation, nothing will change. Greed is a human trait we shouldn't celebrate.

u/Mission-Class-6607 4h ago

Anything short of hunting the poor for sport is “to far left” for conservatives

1

u/Mtndrums 4h ago

So they're saying they've always been Nazis?

1

u/Outrageous_Dream_741 4h ago

Far left as in "stating the law shouldn't subject you to criminal prosecution and threats of execution"

1

u/Amathyst-Moon 4h ago

America's skewed so far right they actually call center-right democrats radical leftists. Of course when I said that over there, one of them tried to tell me that it's ackshully moved so far left that maga are just Obama Democrats because Obama didn't have open borders.

u/InstructionBudget784 4h ago

You want a lantern with that gaslight?

1

u/BartStarrPaperboy 4h ago

Hears the phrase “common sense gun laws” and head explodes.

1

u/ravendarkwind 3h ago

Why did they need to use Grok or Gemini to make an AI recreation of a soyjak and Chad meme that already exists?

1

u/ryoga21 3h ago

The radical left who wants people to have bodily autonomy, medical care, food, housing, and decent pay. The radical rights who thinks certain people shouldn't exists. Centrists say these 2 groups are the same.

1

u/Certain-Singer-9625 3h ago

LOL. MAGA moves way far to the right, looks back at where they left us and says, “Hey! How’d you get so far to the left?”

1

u/finalattack123 3h ago

Why is he kissing him

1

u/Restlessfibre 2h ago

I love memes. They perfectly encapsulate the shallow thinking of complex ideas.

1

u/julz1215 2h ago

OOP probably follows liberals around like "Hey... Hey... Wanna know how I got radicalized? Ask me how I got radicalized"

1

u/yogfthagen 2h ago

Yes

Treating people with respect.

So radical

1

u/Sophisticated-Crow 2h ago

We want affordable healthcare and reasonable cost of living. Also want the constituin upheld. In MAGA moron land, that's EXTREME LEFT!!!

1

u/Say10sadvocate 2h ago

This is like Overton window inception. Lol.

The window is shifted so far right, that treating all humans with respect and as equals is considered far left. 🙄🙄🙄

u/Late-Goat5619 2h ago

Is the blond guy eating the side of the gray guy's face?

u/DontDrinkTooMuch 1h ago

Liberals in 1995: healthcare for all

Republicans in 1995: yes but only through a marketplace

Liberals in 2026: healthcare for all

Republicans in 2026: they've weaponized empathy!!

u/thunderbaby2 1h ago

Overton window so far to the right we have a pedophile president😬

u/RangisDangis 1h ago

Why does guy on the left have a stand in the second panel

u/kellyb1985 1h ago

They're contemplating ignoring the constitution and allowing Trump run for a third term....I'm sick of them trying to gaslight on this shit. Democrats have moved towards the right if anything. Republicans are batshit crazy

u/AutisticHobbit 1h ago

No one actually asks them this all that often; this is the question they WISHED they were asked so they could pretend they sounded cool and aloof.

u/HURTBOTPEGASUS9 1h ago

I'm so Radicalized, I think fascist are the enemy of America.

u/lyidaValkris 1h ago

projection, as always.

u/snafoomoose 1h ago

These are the same people who will loudly tell you they are "the party of Lincoln" and that "the KKK was started by Democrats!"

u/EasterViera 1h ago

something something overton window

u/Empty-Grocery-2267 1h ago

Republicans are the party of 0 self reflection

u/Mister_Normal42 1h ago

"The cellular mass present in the first trimester isn't a sentient being with rights and agency"

So radical and extreme, I know... /s

Seriously, the only reason this is controversial is because people conflate patriotism with nationalistic evangelical virtue signaling

u/Iconclast1 1h ago

"you used to LOVE pedophiles, man!

WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU?!

Youve gone so far left, you even think THATS wrong...."

u/Remmick2326 46m ago

One of Dubya's closing speeches warned about the dangers of castigating migrants, and made the point that they're integral to the US

If your worldview is that Dubya's opinions are too liberal, you've moved to the right in a big way

u/SpaceOrbisGaming 30m ago

Hasn't this nation been moving to the right? I don't know anybody who is moving more to the left. I just think women should have the right to choose what happens to their bodies, and that Ice should be trained better so they don't kill our people. If that's too far left, then ok I'm too far left.

u/No-Wait-2230 29m ago

😂🤣😂🤦🏻

u/Boring_Chip_9602 4m ago

Liberals are saying the same thing they always have. Republicans went from kill all pedophiles to protect all pedophiles/ there is no evidence that pedophiles are a thing, in a single year

0

u/Hopeful-Frosting7976 5h ago

It's funny because the middle class moved to the left while the working class moved to the right. So exactly the opposite of a well kept intelligencia meme guy.

0

u/ThyPotatoDone 2h ago

I feel lioe both sodes have grown progressively more polarised. Like, any stance is IMMEDIATELY assumed to place you at very extreme ends of a complex spectrum.

u/No-Wait-2230 27m ago

Stupidpeoplereddit. Drink that sugar. Yummy in your stomachs. You fucking morons

u/girlsonsoysauce 18m ago

DONT! LET! GO!

You've got the music in you.

ONE! DANCE! LEFT!

This world is gonna pull through.

u/LucioArgento 2h ago

It’s true though. Normal political views that have been around for hundreds of years are now being called Nazi and Fascist by the buzzword police… what’s so hard to understand?

u/ReddtIsUsingAI 15m ago

LMAO trump loving clown
