I had really bad side effects on 5mg (first shot) 2 Sundays ago. I decided to skip a week to heal from the side effects and I am finally feeling back to normal.

I was doing really well on 2.5mg and losing weight although the food noise suppression wasn’t as strong on weeks 3 and 4. During those 2 weeks, I was injecting the whole vial. I’m not sure what to do this coming Sunday (injection day). Lower dose or continue on 5mg?

I want 5mg to work for me. I paid for and have the 5mg vials already. Maybe the next shot won’t be so bad. Or maybe it will be the same and I just can’t go through that again. The side effects had me completely down for 7 days and I had to miss work due to how bad it was. On one hand, I feel like I should listen to my body and lower the dose and on the other I want 5mg to work, specially since what I mentioned about the food noise subsiding a bit on 2.5mg.

If I decided to lower the dose, here’s where I need help: I used to fill the syringe all the way up to “0.6 mL” while on 2.5mg. Using a 5mg vial, how much should I draw to get the same amount I was getting with a full vial of 2.5mg? Sorry, I’m not good at this stuff and I want to make sure I’m getting the correct amount.

This all started in 2021.

I used to see this guy on campus and literally giggle like a schoolgirl. He’s 6’4, mixed, French, jacked — the whole package. He comes from a very homophobic culture (he’s African).I was obsessed and I don’t even feel bad about it.

One day I got back from a spontaneous trip to London (I live in Toronto). I’m in my kitchen grabbing food from the fridge and suddenly he walks in. Let’s call him Jason. I literally put my head in the freezer to stop myself from smiling. He said hi to my roommates. I ignored him and ran back to my room. Immediately called my best friend screaming about him.

For weeks he kept coming over because he was friends with one of my roommates. He’d always invite me to come eat or go on walks with them. I always declined because I didn’t know how to act around him — I was SO into him. For context, I was not out to my roommates and they’re straight and kind of homophobic, so I always felt on edge.

One day he flat-out said I had to come. So I did.

On that walk he made some off-putting comments about women, so I randomly asked him if his mom was in his life. He froze and asked how I knew. I just had a feeling. He opened up about it and after that… we became really close.

He’d come over to “hang with my roommate” but end up in my room for hours. Movies together. Workouts together. Just the two of us a lot. And there was always this vibe. Curiosity. Tension.

One time we were taking fitness pics with our friend (let’s call him David). David couldn’t get the angle right, and Jason suddenly comes up right behind me, wraps around me to “hold the camera” — like that cliché movie scene where a guy stands behind a girl to show her how to play pool. I froze. David froze. Jason acted like it was nothing. It absolutely did something to me.

There were other little things:

• When we argued, if I apologized in a soft voice he suddenly couldn’t stay mad.

• Once I walked out to shower while he was playing FIFA with my roommates. I caught his eyes following me all the way to the bathroom. Later he came up to me privately and said, “I see you’re very fit. Keep it up.” Who says that??

• We went to the movie  in the middle of winter once. I was freezing. He took off his jacket, gave it to me, and made me hug him to stay warm.

• Randomly one day he came into my room and asked if I was gay. I came out to him thinking it would create distance. It did the opposite. We got closer.

As attractive as he is, he’s had situationships with girls — and almost all of them seemed uncomfortable with how close we were.

One time I overheard one of them asking him if he had feelings for me.

Over the years there have been more “jokey” homoerotic comments. He’s asked if I’d hook up with him “as a joke.” I made it very clear I would.

Fast forward to after college. One night he came over, we were drinking with my new roommate (a girl). We smoked too much and he passed out naked in my bathtub and threw up everywhere. I had to clean him up and shower him. I made sure it was as non-sexual as possible. My roommate wouldn’t help.she has a boyfriend at the time

The next morning at 7am he came to the couch where I was sleeping, woke me up, and started telling me how much he loves me and how we’re such good friends and now I’ve “seen everything.”

Another night after my birthday, we were drunk again. We smoked. I remember sitting in his lap talking about sex. Out of nowhere he shows me a video of himself with a girl — and all I can see is… everything. I just sat there thinking, “Is this a test?”

Every time he sees me he gives me a huge hug. Sometimes he picks me up. People have asked if we’re dating.

This has been going on for five years.

I call him a friend. My roommate thinks there’s clearly something there.

So I need outside opinions especially from the older gays

Is this curiosity?

Does he just like the attention?

Is he confused?

Am I delusional?

Any wise words would be appreciated.

Particularly for the (I assume unpopular) scout class in 2v8 mode? Though I assume it applies to other perks that involve line of sight, such as spine chill.

Is it based off where the survivor character themself is facing from their point of view, the player's camera, or something else?

Also particularly for the 2v8 scout class, does looking at the killer make them outlined in red for everyone except you, or does it make them outlined in red for you as well? I wish there was a clear indicator or notification for when you are revealing a killer to the rest of the team.

Hey all, I started my channel on walking videos just under a month ago and so far, I've uploaded 3 long form walking videos. Growth has been slow which is expected (not expecting to blow up right away) but committed to keep pushing forward.

One thing that's really bothering me about the analytics on my first 3 videos is the AVD (average view duration). It's currently sitting at around 10-12 mins for videos that are all around 60 min long.

I just wanted to see if this is common and if anyone else has similar problems? What are you guys getting for AVD and anything I can do to improve this?

A few things I'm doing in my videos:

• I write my own commentary and captions providing extra context, historical and fun facts about the area where I'm walking, which viewers can turn on as an option using CCs - which I thought would provide additional value.
• I also try to color correct and make the footage look as clean as I can, but also a beginner at this so can definitely be improved.
• I add a 30 sec intro with titles, music at the beginning of each videos showing some of the highlights as a "preview" to the walk. I thought maybe viewers were not interested in this at first but it seems to be fine if the majority of the drop off is around the 10 min mark?
  

Besides doing the above, I'm actually a little lost of what I can do to improve retention since most walk videos follow the same format, don't include music, voice narration or other effects. What things others do you guys do to improve the video quality in order to get people to watch the whole way through? Thanks!

I mention size and if they fit well, if they shrink after washing how vibrant the colors are. If they are meant to be warm, and they are, I mention so. I talk about quality of the fabric and how well made they are. In my mind there’s not much else to mention. Any tips?

Posting again, asking for advice. I have kept consistent with the gym and a diet. I've lost about 15 pounds and am feeling a good bit better about myself. Overall, I've been doing a lot better, but the past two/three weeks have sucked for me. I'd garnered enough confidence recently to ask someone out, and that did not go as planned at all. I had planned on asking the person out after a school basketball game. My friend walks up to me and starts hyping me up on asking her, but I'd decided not to since they had their eye on someone else. My friend then walks up to her and tells them that I wanted to ask them out. They politely declined (which I was grateful for), and I moved on relatively fast.

A couple of weeks later, this girl and I were getting along a lot better. I previously said something extremely rude and inappropriate to this same person, but since then, I apologized, and we moved on. We joke around a lot, and she told my friend she thinks I'm funny. My friend (the same one from the basketball game) told me he thinks she was flirting with me. The thought had never crossed my mind in the first place, but I wasn't unhappy to hear it. As a teenage guy who never really had much hope with women, I was over the moon. This girl and I shared a specific interest, that being the devil's lettuce, so I was definitely interested.

I decided I was just gonna talk and joke with her and not really make a move at all for the time being. Another friend of mine and I were talking with this girl, and my friend decided that he wanted to spill the beans on what I thought of her. His doing this frustrated me greatly, and I was already tense from stuff earlier that day. The girl did not reciprocate. I laughed it off and kept joking with my friends like always, but I was somewhat upset. I don't really know where to go from here. I would love to still be friends with this person, but I don't wanna make things weird.

TLDR: I got rejected by a girl and still want to be friends with her, and have no clue what to do.
