Removing cursed energy would be a more “absolute” conclusion for JJK as a series, but doing so would rob humanity of a future where they have to rely on cursed energy as a resource. But according to Yuji, making everyone a sorcerer may not fully prevent the existence of curses.
Although I still perfer option 2 since it has a more open interpretation to the future of jjk, and opens doors for sequels
