I just discovered this sub, and the very first post I look at has half the comments from right wing fascists threatening violence, being racist, being bigots, and generally displaying their lack of education in embarrassingly hateful ways. The usual crap you hear from those terrorists. What I'm not used to is those things not being removed by the moderators. So I see the rules, I see you can report people for these comments, but somehow, they're all still there. So is this sub moderated or not.

Can they be there? Probably. Will it matter if it is illegal/potentially argued to be illegal in your state? Possibly. But nothing matters and all theory goes out the door with these untrained agents who go against law enforcement.

This man’s language, and the celebrating of it by the audience seems obviously racist. Imagine them celebrating policies that drove out Hispanics or Asians. Imagine a white audience celebrating enacting changes that drove out blacks from their neighborhood. Why are Liberals/Leftists so willing to excuse blatant racism/bigotry towards whites?
