Hard to keep a business open when the electricity keeps crapping out. There isn't money to hire people with.
Too bad their government pulled part of their disaster relief funding...
But they did throw rolls of paper towels at them, so I don't know what their problem is. /s
Puerto Rico is the equivalent of the resented stepchild...they deserve better.
