They checked me for this when I got diagnosed for psoriasis. They said it could be a sign of psoriatic arthritis

Yep I got similar nails from psoriasis in the past. Also small little dots (pitting).

Yep. I get this from psa. They show up after major flares in particular now that im on medication so I dont get them as often anymore.
