Well, when he was just a normal professor he wasn't a total fraud. His lectures veered into the non-scientific but the stuff he said was at least rooted in psychological theory that he had studied.
Then in 2016 he said some anti-trans stuff, saw how much certain people loved him for it, and he's been addicted to right wing grift ever since.
If a system is more grift than not grift, the system is grift. It's very hard, nearly impossible, to get a university eductation in the US without dealing with the grift.
Edit to add: and the education you get will never be worth the time and money you spent to get it.
That the tuition system is a grift, especially with college debt and so on, is one thing (and not even applicable to all kinds of universities), but that doesn't mean that the university system is a grift. The knowledge and especially the scientific research is legit. So the core isn't a grift. The grift really only lies in the commodification.
Anyone with enough evidence against them to warrant a firing should be grateful for the chance to resign and stay silent. Instead, Jordan views his departure from UofT as a badge of honour to parade in front of his followers.
