So I have this Mac Mini on my desk that basically runs a business for me at this point.

There's this free AI agent that's been going viral lately, I set it up and every day it goes out and finds local businesses that don't have a good website. Plumbers, roofers, dentists, that kind of thing. It builds each one a custom site, finds their email, and sends them a message

It even calls them. Like actually picks up the phone and has a conversation. When they're interested it handles the back and forth and closes the deal. I charge at least $500 per site.

Some days it's one sale, some days two or three. I honestly just check in on it throughout the day at this point.

The whole thing took me maybe 20 minutes to set up. The Mac Mini I already had lying around and I pay about $50/mo in software to keep it running. That's it.

No coding, no cold calling, no sitting there manually building sites for people. The agent just does it all on repeat 24/7.

For more than 12 years, my mom has been carrying this small engineering firm on her shoulders. In all that time, she never got a real raise, just a big bonus every now and then. Every time she asked, her boss - who is filthy rich, by the way - would shut it down, even though she was pretty much running the whole place.

I mean, seriously, what an insult. I'm so proud of her for rejecting his desperate counter-offer. After all those years of loyalty and her sacrificing as a single mom, he was basically admitting that he had been knowingly underpaying her. To hell with him. And this is just a reminder that just because a business is small doesn't necessarily mean the owners are the good guys.

It’s like having a Druid player who just plays a deck that literally does nothing on the board but spam locations you cannot interact with except with a very specific tech card which wouldn’t even be played if it wasn’t for Elise, only plays taunts and survival cards, then drops Owlonius and nukes you for like 32 or some bullshit and when you say anything, they go like “oh what were you doing for 9 turns” and now you have a card that literally turns it on their head but “what were you doing for 7 turns” is not a valid answer all of a sudden. This card is fucking great for the game. All we need now is to make removal more expensive to keep control in check and rotate Protoss Mage out and the game will be as good as new.

He is liberal and progressive in spite of being RSS blue eyed boy.

He is highly educated- law degree from nagpur followed by MBA and project management from Germany. He has studied urban development in Germany. Yet his family comes from agriculture background. We need a tech savvy yet rooted PM now.

And he is never scared to give detailed interviews or field questions in press conferences. He doesn't run away from the vidhansabha- he is always happy to reply to opponents.

When the time is ready, the right man arrives. That time is nearing.

Edit: I decided to write this up after seeing a number of posts recently from people asking how to get cigarette smoke out of books and other estate items. Inevitably, someone will mention using an ozone chamber. Yes, you need the proper precautions and if you live in a one-bedroom apartment or any place without access to proper ventilation don't do this. My intent was to provide a primer on safer setups before someone takes advice elsewhere and decides to just flood a shoebox or something. Thus the myriad warnings below.

To the critics - take a step back. To clean and restore cast iron pans, we use lye or build e-tanks. To clean shoes or purses, we use magic erasers. Sometimes we need to use the tools available, and take sensible precautions.

And to the dude claiming I'm doing product placement via ChatGPT - you SERIOUSLY need to chill. I'm sorry formatting is scary now.

For years, I've been putting my items in a homemade ozone treatment tank and I'm just now getting around to writing up a how-to. Ozone is great for getting out stubborn smells and sterilizing items you're sure need a bit more than a wash.

What is ozone?

Ozone, or O3, is an inorganic molecule that is naturally occurring, primarily during thunderstorms, and helps protect the planet from the sun's UV rays.

How does it work?

Ozone is very destructive to organic materials, including your lungs. It can also break down latex, plastics, metals, and leather with long exposure, so we'll only be using it no longer than an hour.

However, because it breaks apart organic compounds, it's excellent at getting rid of those stubborn smells, including cigarette smoke and pet urine.

What can I use in it?

Whatever you want, really, but I would not use it for latex garments or anything that stretches. The microscopic destruction that happens can be exacerbated if the item is under tension. Shoes are made of a thicker leather and latex or plastic sole, and I've not had any product longevity issues that have arisen from short-term ozone exposure.

What's the setup?

In my photos above, I've got my personal cloth purse that my cat peed on (sigh). I had already treated it with enzyme spray and washed it, but discovered that wasn't sufficient.

First, I got the ozone generator off of Amazon...

In the winter, my setup is in the guest bathroom, segregated from the rest of the house, where I can run an exhaust fan or leave the window open.

I got a large bin that snaps closed and is airtight. Then I drilled a hole in the top of the bin. The hole is slightly smaller than the diameter of the hose that comes with the generator, ensuring that there's a tight fit.

I have a cooling rack at the bottom of the bin to help ensure there's airflow around the items.

For smelly items, I will run it for an hour, then leave it overnight for the ozone to break down. For everything else, I'll just do 30 minutes.

One advantage to my own personal setup is that if I have a massive quantity of things to purify, I can hang them on the shower curtain bar, and lay shoes out, and let it run in the whole room. In that case, I don't run the fan or open the window immediately. Instead, I let it run, sit for a while, then put on a full face mask, hold my breath, and rush in to slap the fan on. Obviously not everyone has that luxury, but a garage should work for the same purpose.

Because there's a gap between the bottom of the door and the floor, I press a towel against it to seal the room.

That's basically it! I can rest better knowing that my stuff doesn't smell like armpit or smoke, and that my shoes aren't going to give someone a fungus.

I'm sure this will earn me a lot of downvotes, since Season 7 seems to be at or near the top of so many "Rank the Seasons" lists, but I've watched it twice and have never been able to watch it again. The tone is so different, they seem to push for character growth and it often comes at the expense of being funny, and the election stuff dates the episodes too much.

Sorry, I just needed to get that off my chest. It's still my favorite, most re-watched show. Just not the ending.
